Financial Instrument Provider Report

Displays instruments by provider -- to support risk management efforts related to changes in provider financial status. The report is selectable by provider name & credit rating, instrument class (surety or insurance), type, & status (approved or pending). The report shows provider and agent name & credit rating, customer name, instrument type, amount, status & ID.

Displays summary counts and statistics about the instruments tracked in PROPworks. This report is selectable by customer, provider, agreement class & type, contract & finance status, and instrument class & type. The report includes total number of instruments, instrument values, and number of providers for each instrument type and custodian.

Financial Instrument Date QC Report

Missing Date Report

Displays instruments that do not have one or more of the instrument date types created for the instrument --- to help you verify that your document management & data QC processes are being followed. The report is selectable by customer, instrument status, class & type, date type & company type. The report shows customer name, provider name & agent, instrument type, status, amount & ID.

Blank Date Report

Displays instruments that have a date type set up, but the date is blank – and also can show instruments with no custodian assigned. The report is selectable by customer, instrument status, class & type, date & company type, and whether to include instruments with blank custodian. The report shows customer, instrument type, status, amount & ID, provider & agent names, and the blank date type(s).

Partially Applied Report
Unapplied Report
Over-Applied Report

Display instruments that are respectively:
  • only partially applied to one or more requirements – and thereby have a remaining balance available.
  • not been applied to any requirements.
  • applied at an amount in excess of the instrument amount

The reports are selectable by customer, instrument status, class & type. The reports includes customer name, provider & agent name, instrument status, type, ID, amount, total applied, and unapplied balance.

Instrument Requirement Data Quality Report

Displays the list of instrument requirements with a blank amount, expiration and/or effective date -- or an effective date before expiration date. This report is selectable by customer, agreement class & type, contract & finance status, instrument class & type. The report includes customer, agreement number & type, instrument type, required amount, & ID, total applied and effective & expiration dates.

Missing Instrument Requirement Report

Displays the list of agreements that do not have an instrument requirement of the specified type set up. This report is selectable by customer, agreement class & type, contract & finance status, & instrument type. The report includes customer, agreement number, type, effective & expiration dates, and administrator

Financial Instrument Associated Items Reports

Displays associated items for each instrument -- along with instrument details. The report is selectable by customer, instrument status, class & type, associated item – and whether to include only blank items. The report shows customer, provider & agent name, instrument status, type, amount & ID, total applied – and item name & value.
